Senior Service Engineer - Printing/Packaging/Industrial Area

The Senior Service Engineer is responsible for providing efficient service for printers under warranty or AMC, ensuring prompt resolution of issues, proper installations, and technical guidance to customers. The role involves regular follow-ups for AMC/spare sales, ensuring compliance with safety and service standards, and building strong customer relationships. The engineer should possess technical and commercial skills, maintain service tools, and be available for travel and emergencies.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient customer service for printers under warranty/AMC.
Ensure immediate response and resolution for printer issues.
Demonstrate and install printers effectively to prevent breakdowns.
Request and manage spares promptly, returning defective parts timely.
Submit service reports and expenses regularly.
Ensure compliance with installation standards and safety norms.
Build strong customer relationships and provide timely feedback.
Attend calls beyond office hours and undertake frequent travel.

Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation.

Experience: 23 years in Printing/Packaging/Industrial Equipment.

Age: 2124 years.

Other Requirements: Own a motorcycle, effective communication skills, self-starter, pleasing personality.
