- Customer Service: Demonstrating exceptional customer service skills when dealing with
customers, addressing their needs and concerns professionally and courteously.
- Providing Administrative Support: Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as
data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed.
- Technology Skills: Proficiency in basic software applications like MS Word, MS Excel.
- Vendor relationships: Establishing and maintaining relationships with vendors and

- Reporting: Maintaining records and preparing reports.
