Key Skills and Qualifications:
MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
5-7 years of experience in HR, preferably in FMCG, retail, or franchise operations.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities.
