Data Entry Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry and Records Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately recording and managing data related to the pricing, sales, and auction records of CNC machines. The ideal candidate should have strong data management skills, proficiency in Google Workspace and Excel, and the ability to conduct effective internet research. Familiarity with basic machinery terminology is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry for pricing and auction details of CNC machines.
• Maintain and update records in a structured, organized format.
• Conduct internet research to support data accuracy and gather relevant information.
• Use Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Excel for efficient data management.
• Assist with basic data management tasks, ensuring consistency and reliability in all records.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure information is current and accessible.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or diploma in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data entry or record management, preferably in an industrial or machinery-related environment.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
• Basic understanding of internet research techniques.
• Familiarity with CNC machines or machinery terminology is advantageous.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
