Civil Commercial Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Commercial Settlement and Contract Management:

• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of civil activities, including projects.
• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate terms and conditions, and establish strong relationships with key vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with contract terms and quality standards.
• Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to identify cost-saving opportunities.

2. Collaboration and Coordination:

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders including finance teams, to understand Capex requirements and priorities.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to cost overruns, payment disputes and support in execution delay.

3. Reporting and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of Civil activities, purchase orders, and supplier agreements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 10-12 years of experience in the Civil department, with a focus on Greenfield/Brownfield expenditures in the automobile industry.

Skills:

• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
• Excellent understanding of Civil processes, supplier management, and cost control.
• Proficiency in SAP and Excel
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
