Job Description

Supervising of all stores activities including checking the inventory to be stored in proper manner as per storage condition and available space.
Monitor opening stocks as per reports on daily basis specially moving items on daily basis as well as monitor to check the physical count or shortage of particular material and raise an indent for procurement to maintain proper stock level
Verify all the incoming and outgoing material as per approved SOP/ISO standard.
Monitor GRN process & verified checking of received material as per Tax Invoice with all the details i.e. Batch Number, Date of Expiry, MRP, Trade-Mark, Quantity and Packing status in order to purchase order.
Making Goods Receipts Note in the system and verifying the same Supervising the bills authorized by HOD and submission to finance dept for vendors payment.
Issuing materials to department against their indents. Checking of stock as per inventory record and do the cross checking with physical stock of the material.
Check non moving items and expiry materials. And update to purchase dept for returning the material to vendor need to take follow-up for the same.
Check the PO, GRN, invoices and issue slips records are maintained properly. Making of AMC/CMC /Work Orders and keeping records for the same
Check material is issued in FIFO method. (First in First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry First Out) Take part in various department auditing as per instruction by HOD Looking after purchase dept and making purchase orders as material required.
Effective communication and coordination with team members or user departments for best process of supply chain.
Analysis the aging of stocks & communicate the management about obsolete Stock. Any other assignment given by the Department Head
