Analyze, trouble shoot and provide technical fixes for incidents impacting the operation of the Solventum ERP platforms.
Monitoring the ERP system to identify any issues or anomalies, investigate and troubleshoot system errors, performance bottlenecks, and other technical problems.
Collaborate with other teams (such as Basis administrators and developers) to resolve issues promptly.
Handle incoming incidents and service requests related, prioritize, and categorize incidents based on their impact and urgency and provide timely resolution or escalate to higher-level support if needed.
Assist in applying patches, updates, and upgrades to the ERP system where applicable and ensure that the system is up to date with the latest fixes and enhancements, collaborate with Software vendors and SaaS providers.
Manage user roles and authorizations and ensure compliance with security policies and access controls.
Maintain documentation related to system configurations, processes, and procedures and generate regular reports on system health, incidents, and performance metrics.
Depending on your SAP S4 RUN experience you will provide those services on Level 2 or Level 3 and therefore also have the potential to grow within our team alongside with your increasing experience.
Coordinate with developers for customizations, enhancements, and bug fixes.
Participate in testing and validation of changes. Assist in managing system changes, transports, and transports approvals.
Ensure proper change control processes are followed.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in computer science, information technology or a related field
Minimum of 3 years prior SAP ERP Level 2 support experience
Certifications specific to the SAP S4 modules or boundary solutions as listed above
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience working with (or for) SAP, Certified Partners, Managed Services providers or System Integrators
Experience in a multi-national large company - preferably in Life Sciences
Work experience in a customer SAP ERP Center of Expertise
Understanding of ERP best practices in process design, configuration, and development
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and team collaboration skills.
