As a Quality, Testing, Validation Lead you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Development and implement of quality management systems. Conduct quality audits and ensure adherence to healthcare standards. Lead validation of healthcare systems to meet regulatory requirements (e.g. HIPAA) Develop and execute validation plans, maintaining thorough documentation. Create and oversee testing plans, including functional, performance, regression, and security testing. Implement automated testing solutions and monitor testing progress Strengthen the CI/CD pipeline Leverage multiple toolsets. Cross functionally collaborate with SAP COE testing resources to enable visibility of all testing resources across Solventum. Develop, implement, and govern the framework for Defect management. Manage and mentor the team. Collaborate with development and business to provide regular updates to senior management.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or higher AND 7 years of related job experience
OR
High School Diploma/GED from AND 10 years of related job experience
AND
In addition to the above requirements, the following are also required:
5 years hands on experience building and maintaining Master Validation plans and testing plans.
5 years leadership experience, managing and developing a team as well as managing crossfunctional teams
5 years experience building and implementing process, such as defect management processes.
Ability to work weekends and off-hours as deployment activity warrants
