Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Recruiter with a strong background in the semiconductor, engineering, and IT sectors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from identifying top talent to successfully placing candidates in both technical and non-technical roles across these specialized domains. The Senior Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand business needs and provide strategic recruitment solutions that meet the organizations objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition Strategy:
Partner with hiring managers across the semiconductor, engineering, and IT departments to understand hiring needs, team dynamics, and required skillsets.
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-caliber candidates, with a focus on technical and specialized roles in semiconductor, engineering, and IT fields.
Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting top candidates.
Sourcing & Networking:
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods including online job boards, social media platforms (LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.), industry events, referrals, and professional networks to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
Leverage your network and industry knowledge to engage with passive talent and build long-term relationships with potential candidates.
Stay updated on industry trends and labor market conditions, ensuring recruitment strategies align with current demands.
Screening & Interviewing:
Conduct detailed screening and interviews to assess candidates’ technical expertise, cultural fit, and alignment with company values.
Collaborate with hiring managers to create customized interview processes, ensuring the right mix of technical and behavioral assessments for semiconductor, engineering, and IT positions.
Experience:
5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in the semiconductor, engineering, and/or IT industries.
Proven success in recruiting for technical and specialized roles, including engineers, IT professionals, software developers, and other technical talent.
Expertise in sourcing and engaging passive candidates, with a deep understanding of industry-specific platforms and tools.
Skills:
In-depth knowledge of recruiting strategies, tools, and platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, ATS, etc.).
Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical skills to assess data and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.
Preferred:
Experience in IT, semiconductor or engineering-specific recruiting technologies
Experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical roles, including leadership, project management, and business development.
