What You ll Do
As an Operations Manager RCM at SolvEdge, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of
professionals within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality performance and operational efficiency within the team. Your responsibilities will include setting clear goals, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to improve revenue, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
Your primary duties include:
  • Process Improvement Optimization: Continuous focus on improving workflows to enhance quality and productivity
  • SOP Process Flow Development: Creating detailed procedures and guidelines to meet client requirements.
  • Metrics Audits: Identifying key performance metrics and conducting audits to ensure compliance and process improvement
  • Risk Analysis Mitigation: Proactively identifying potential risks and mitigating them to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery
  • Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
  • Team Leadership: Leading and guiding teams to meet client expectations, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
  • Client Escalations: Handling client concerns and addressing escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Requirements :
  • Strong Leadership Mentoring: Ability to lead and develop teams while maintaining focus on goals
  • Analytical Expertise: Comfort with numerical data, trend analysis, and identifying process bottlenecks
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the healthcare RCM space and its dynamics
  • Attention to Detail Quality: A keen eye for quality improvements and high attention to detail.
  • Time Management: Managing time-sensitive tasks effectively, ensuring punctuality.
  • Communication Skills: Clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders, especially in troubleshooting and reporting.
  • Resource Planning: Efficient planning of resources and manpower for smooth project execution.
  • Client Interaction Satisfaction: Regular client calls to maintain satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Team Performance Review: Using historical data and quality metrics to assess and improve team performance.
  • Training Development: Identifying skill gaps within the team and implementing targeted retraining sessions.
  • Absenteeism Attrition Control: Ensuring a positive team environment to minimize turnover and absenteeism.
