What You ll Do
As an Operations Manager RCM at SolvEdge, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of professionals within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will play a critical role in ensuring high-quality performance and operational efficiency within the team. Your responsibilities will include setting clear goals, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to improve revenue, streamline processes, and enhance client satisfaction.
Your primary duties include:
Process Improvement Optimization: Continuous focus on improving workflows to enhance quality and productivity
SOP Process Flow Development: Creating detailed procedures and guidelines to meet client requirements.
Metrics Audits: Identifying key performance metrics and conducting audits to ensure compliance and process improvement
Risk Analysis Mitigation: Proactively identifying potential risks and mitigating them to ensure timely, cost-effective project delivery
Stakeholder Management: Close collaboration with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
Team Leadership: Leading and guiding teams to meet client expectations, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
Client Escalations: Handling client concerns and addressing escalations in a timely and effective manner.
