Customer Success Manager/Key Accounts Manager

Role & responsibilities

1. Guide customers through the onboarding process.
2. Ensure they understand our offered services effectively.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
4. Act as the main point of contact for client queries and concerns.
5. Monitor client engagement and proactively address potential issues.
6. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase revenue.
7. Managing renewals of services.
8. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve client issues.
9. Collect feedback to improve the service.
10. Provide reports to internal teams for continuous improvement.
11. Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications:

1. 5+ years of experience in customer success role or similar role
2. Preferably from the Accounting offshoring Industry
3. Any graduate or post graduate
