Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement a national strategy for healthcare logistics solutions, aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define objectives, identify growth opportunities, and establish performance metrics.
Healthcare Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on healthcare industry regulations, trends, and innovations to ensure compliance and relevance.
- Provide insights into the logistics needs of healthcare stakeholders, including hospitals, clinics, pharmaceutical companies, and supply chain partners.
Solution Design and Implementation:
- Lead the design and rollout of tailored logistics solutions for healthcare products, including temperature-sensitive goods, high-value items, and time-critical deliveries.
- Ensure solutions comply with healthcare standards such as Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and Cold Chain Management requirements.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering innovative and efficient logistics solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with sales, operations, IT, and regulatory teams to ensure seamless execution of healthcare logistics strategies.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to promote healthcare logistics solutions and establish the company as a market leader.
Operational Excellence:
- Monitor and optimize the performance of healthcare logistics operations to achieve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction.
- Implement best practices for inventory management, tracking, and reporting specific to healthcare products.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure all healthcare logistics processes meet regulatory requirements, including FDA, EMA, and other global health authorities.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to the transportation and storage of healthcare products.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Analyze market data, operational metrics, and client feedback to improve services and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and present performance reports to stakeholders.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor s degree in business, Logistics, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master s preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or healthcare industry roles, with a focus on healthcare logistics solutions.
- Strong understanding of healthcare industry regulations, including GDP, GMP, and other compliance standards.
- Proven track record in developing and executing strategic initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in logistics management software and analytics tools.
- Ability to travel nationally as needed.
