- Responsible for Incentive Plan structuring & implementation. Making it inspiring & motivating for sales & expert team
- Creating & Managing Performance Leaderboards/Dashboards to provide right insights on What & How of achievement
- Responsible for developing right tools to promote performance in the organization & to deliver organizational goals on all core KPIs of Team building & capability.

8-10 years of experience in sales, commercial excellence, marketing within the FMCG industry.
