- Develop and maintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and partners.

- Prepare and present reports on e-commerce performance to senior management.

- Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to achieve organizational goals.
- Develop and manage e-commerce strategies to drive online sales growth.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Optimize e-commerce platforms for user experience, performance, and conversion.
- Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to inform e-commerce strategies.

Job Requirements - Experience and Education
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, E-Commerce, Marketing, or a related field. Master s degree or certifications in digital commerce or e-commerce management is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 2 years in a managerial or Leadership role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proven experience in driving e-commerce growth, managing e-commerce platforms, and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, customer experience, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Shopify, Magento, Salesforce).
