IT Solution Expert

• Provide 2 nd level onsite support for Teamcenter/NX to India (Mumbai/Goa) (Onsite).
• Provide 2 nd level onsite support for Teamcenter/NX to Other Asia countries (Jakarta, Shanghai, Wuxi etc)c.
• Second level support includes:

Processing and execution of tickets from 1 st level support.

• Documentation of tickets and feedback to users.
• Collaborate closely with other members of the 2 nd and 3 rd level team in Germany and around the world to exchange on common issues, performance, and opportunities for optimization.
• Develop a relationship with keyusers and IT-Solution architects (3 rd level support) to ensure needs/expectations are being met.
• Lead small scale initiatives that optimize performance, help with automation, and drive greater productivity in the Asia in coordination with the solution architects and change control board.
• Support local Keyuser to develop training materials.
• Support local Keyuser provide local training sessions.
• Provide support for local designer guidelines.

• Candidate will have strong expertise in working with and supporting Teamcenter and NX.
• Strong background in working with TC/NX workflows, design concepts and interfaces.
• Knowledge of Teamcenter BOM, Change and Structure Management.
• Customer orientation and strong communication skills.
• Remote support proficiency.
• IT compliance understanding.
• Team player.
• English Language mandatory.
• Knowledge of Siemens processes and organizations would be beneficial (eg. myTC or IEC Teamcenter).
• Designer experience would be beneficial.
• Bachelor s Degree in an IT related field is strongly desired, although a combination of education (HS Diploma or GED equivalency is a minimum requirement) and directly related work experience will also be considered.
