Key Responsibilities:

1. Architectural Leadership: - Define and maintain the architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives. - Lead the design and development of complex software and infrastructure solutions, ensuring consistency with architectural principles and standards. - Provide architectural oversight and guidance on major IT projects and initiatives.
2. Stakeholder Collaboration: - Work closely with business leaders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable and reliable technical solutions. - Collaborate with development teams, system engineers, and other architects to ensure cohesive technology integration. - Communicate architectural decisions, plans, goals, and strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
3. Technology Strategy: - Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization. - Develop and implement strategies for technology migration, upgrades, and transformation to maintain a competitive edge. - Ensure that the architecture is adaptable to changing business needs and technological advancements.
4. Governance and Standards: - Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization. - Conduct architecture reviews and audits to ensure compliance with standards and identify areas for improvement. - Mentor and coach junior architects and developers to build architectural competency within the team.
5. Security and Performance: - Ensure that all architectural designs prioritize security, data integrity, and privacy. - Optimize systems and solutions for performance, scalability, and efficiency. - Address any architectural challenges that arise, including troubleshooting and performance tuning.
6. Documentation and Communication: - Document architectural designs, decisions, and rationales clearly and comprehensively. - Prepare and present architecture proposals, reports, and updates to senior management and other stakeholders.
