Name of the Role/ Domain Managed Services Reporting to ACTO & Head Managed Services What the Role needs to Achieve • Evangelizing the Solutions and Services under our Managed Services including Managed Security services Portfolio to and working closely with Sales/Presales of ESDS, Partners and Customers • Ability to understand Customers environment and adapt our Solution/Service offerings to meet the same • Deep technical understanding of IT environments and Security architectures • Creation of Techno-commercial proposals to articulate the right solution service to remediate the customer challenges • Presenting the Techno commercial propositions to customers and manage objections to convince customers on the solution/service vis-à-vis competition solutions/service offerings • Work closely with OEMs and technology partners to understand the offerings and adapt the same to offerings that can be positioned for our customers • Work on RFPs both pro-active and reactive to ensure winning bids • Attend events as a speaker/representative to network and evangelize our solution/Service offerings • Provide inputs to purchase and other teams to enable better profitability • Create handover documents including HLD and LLD post order to enable smooth handover to deployment and operations teams • The candidate is expected to have good technical and business acumen with good oral, written communication skills and good presentation skills • Role involves communicating with customers partners and sales teams onsite and through online modes and involves travel within the city/country.
