Freelance IT Bid Proposal Writer

Role & responsibilities 

Should have Minimum 5 yrs of experience in writing Govt IT Bid Proposal.

Education :Masters of IT or M.Tech - Computers

Responsibilities :

Monitor Govt portals on a daily basis ,to figure out the opportunities of IT bids in staffing - Project work- & hardware products.

•             Work directly with proposal managers to identify required content for responses

•             Analyze RFP requirements and write technical solutions, by identifying the Mandatory and desired requirements to write the Proposal to submit it before the deadline.

•             Interview technical resources and SMEs on technical and management topics

•             Cross-reference proposal writing to the solicitation requirements and track compliance with all requirements.

•             Deliver completed written proposal responses to the Proposal Manager in accordance with deadlines, escalating issues as required

•             Very good in English language ,preferably have done basic Journalism
