Senior Director, Solution Architect

Why we are looking for you: As Sr Director you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of complex technical solutions that meet our clients business objectives. You will play a key role in driving digital transformation initiatives, leveraging your expertise in digital marketing, data analytics, technical architecture, pre-sales, client communication, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities What you will do: Collaborate with sales and business development teams to understand client requirements and objectives. Lead pre-sales activities, including solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops. Develop comprehensive solution architectures that align with client needs and industry best practices. Utilize your expertise in digital marketing and data analytics to design innovative solutions that drive business growth and maximize ROI. Define technical requirements, specifications, and project plans to guide the implementation process. Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather feedback, address concerns, and ensure alignment with project goals. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance our solutions and services Qualifications What you will need Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Masters degree preferred. Proven experience of 16 yrs in the industry (10+ years in a similar role), with a strong track record of delivering successful solutions in a client-facing environment. Expertise in digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing. Proficiency in data analytics tools and techniques, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets. Solid understanding of technical architecture principles, including cloud computing, microservices, and API design. Excellent pre-sales skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build rapport and foster positive relationships with clients and stakeholders. Strong leadership abilities, with a proactive and results-driven approach to problem-solving. Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Adobe, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) are a plus.
