About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven Account Director - Digital & Analytics to join our growing team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing key client accounts, driving digital growth through data-driven strategies, and overseeing the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, develop and implement integrated digital marketing strategies, and analyze campaign performance to optimize results.
Responsibilities:
Lead Client Relationships:
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for all client communication and inquiries.
- Proactively identify client needs and anticipate their evolving business requirements.
- Build trust and credibility with clients through consistent communication, exceptional service, and a deep understanding of their business.
Develop & Execute Digital Strategies:
- Lead the development and execution of integrated digital marketing strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop and manage digital marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively.
Drive Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
- Utilize data analytics tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement A/B testing and other experimentation strategies to optimize website conversion rates and improve user experience.
Manage Client Deliverables:
- Oversee the development and delivery of high-quality deliverables, including campaign reports, presentations, proposals, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations and exceed agreed-upon timelines and budgets.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients on progress and results.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including creative, media, and technology, to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
- Mentor and guide junior team members on best practices in digital marketing and client management.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing and continuously enhance your knowledge and skills.
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven Experience: 8+ years of experience as a senior account manager with a strong focus on digital marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a client-facing role.
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Deep understanding of all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email marketing, and display advertising.
- Data Analysis & Analytics: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in web analytics tools (e.g , Google Analytics) and data visualization tools (e.g, Tableau).
- Client Management: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with website technologies, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
- Education: Bachelor's/ master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
