Position Summary:
Solique is expanding its IT and systems management capabilities. We are looking for a dedicated and technically adept individual to join our IT team. You will be responsible for overseeing the administration of software platforms, managing hardware systems, and ensuring the efficient operation of servers, endpoints, and network security.

Functional Responsibilities:

• Administer and manage software platforms, including Microsoft 365, CCH iFirm, and other software applications.
• Maintain and troubleshoot hardware systems, including servers, desktops, and laptops.
• Monitor and manage endpoint devices to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls and network security protocols.
• Develop, implement, and manage process automation workflows using coding and no-code tools.
• Leverage automation tools like Zapier, Power Automate, or equivalent to integrate systems and optimize workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Ensure timely updates and patches for all hardware and software systems.
• Document IT processes, automation workflows, and maintain a comprehensive inventory of hardware, software, and automated processes.
• Provide training and support to team members on IT tools, automation solutions, and best practices.

Personal Attributes and Experience:

• Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in coding (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or relevant programming languages) and working with APIs.
• Familiarity with no-code platforms and tools for automation and integration (e.g., Zapier, Power Automate, Airtable).
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure management and network security best practices.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous learning.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications Required:

• B.Sc. or B.E in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, CompTIA Network+) are a plus.
• Knowledge or experience with coding and no-code software platforms.

Language:

• English (sound proficiency).
• Knowledge of Tamil is preferred.
