Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive Safety Officer with a minimum of 2 years of experience to ensure safety compliance and manage risks at our solar project sites. The role involves implementing safety protocols and fostering a secure work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety policies and procedures at project locations.
• Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and training sessions.
• Investigate incidents and implement preventive measures.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Safety Officer, preferably in the solar or construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of safety practices and regulations.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
