Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic Graduate Engineer Trainees (Civil) to join our team in the solar industry. Fresh B.Tech graduates in Civil Engineering are encouraged to apply. The role offers a great opportunity to gain practical experience in ground-mounted solar projects during a 6-month probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the execution and supervision of civil works for solar projects.
• Support senior engineers in site preparation, foundation work, and structural installations.
• Perform quality checks and ensure compliance with project standards and timelines.
• Maintain site documentation and provide regular progress reports.
• Collaborate with the project team to resolve on-site challenges.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Freshers).
• Eagerness to learn and grow in the solar industry.
• Basic understanding of construction processes and safety protocols (preferred).
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Stipend: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (fixed).

Probation Period: 6 months

Location: Abohar, Bikaner, Muktsar

Employment Type: Full-time (Trainee Role).
