Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA OTC Consultant with deep expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) to support our clients OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience configuring and implementing SAP S/4HANA SD modules and will play a key role in delivering solutions that align with business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze, configure, and implement the SAP S/4HANA SD module to support business requirements for Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Manage sales and order management processes, including:
• Quotation Management
• Sales Order Processing
• Scheduling Agreements
• Contracts and Returns Management
• Configure master data, sales documents, pricing, availability checks, credit management, delivery, shipment, and billing processes.
• Ensure smooth integrations between SAP SD and other SAP modules, such as:
• Materials Management (MM)
• Finance (FI)
• Logistic Execution (LE)
• Support and troubleshoot issues related to EDI/IDOC/BAPI integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and provide functional solutions.
• Lead the design, testing, and deployment phases, ensuring high-quality project delivery.
• Provide end-user support, training, and documentation as needed.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 8+ years of experience as an SAP SD/OTC Business Analyst.
• Expert knowledge in configuring and implementing the SAP S/4HANA SD module.
• Strong understanding of core OTC processes: Sales Orders, Quotations, Scheduling Agreements, Contracts, Returns, Deliveries, and Billing.
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA configuration for master data, sales documents, pricing, credit management, and availability checks.
• Hands-on experience in integrating SAP SD with MM, FI, and LE modules.
• Knowledge of EDI/IDOC/BAPI processes for data exchange and interfaces.
• Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA SD core functionalities.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
