Data Analyst or Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Data Analyst or Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst with 3 years of experience in SQL and Tableau to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data from multiple sources to help drive strategic decision-making processes within the company. You will also be tasked with creating insightful and visually appealing reports and dashboards using Tableau.

Key Responsibilities:

• SQL Data Management: Write, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL queries to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, etc.).
• Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets, identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights to stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Report Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau, providing clear and actionable insights that align with business needs.
• Data Integration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to integrate data from various sources and ensure data consistency and quality.
• Automation & Efficiency: Create automated workflows for routine reporting tasks and optimize existing processes to improve reporting efficiency.
• Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data being used for analysis and visualization.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with SQL (writing complex queries, joins, and subqueries).
• 2+ years of experience using Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation.
• Strong understanding of data analysis principles and ability to interpret business requirements.
• Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes.
• Experience with data cleaning and data transformation techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
