JOB DESCRIPTION - CRM GROWTH & RETENTION MANAGER (ONLINE MARKETING)

designing, installing, maintaining (after-sales) and financing solar systems for home-owners

Who We're Looking For :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven CRM - Growth and Retention Manager to
spearhead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in
customer segmentation, targeting, funnel optimization, implementing and executing marketing
automation, and strategies/key projects for driving growth and retention across the marketing
and sales funnel. The candidate should be exprienced in driving growth across customer lifecyle
management. This role requires a blend of analytical skills, creative thinking, and a deep
understanding of marketing automation tools and techniques.
Qualifications required:
Graduation/Post Graduation from Tier 1 college / university preferred.
What You'll Do :
In true startup fashion, you'll wear multiple hats and take ownership of key initiatives. Your responsibilities include:
1. Develop and execute strategies to optimize the marketing and sales conversion and
customer lifecycle across Top of the Funnel, Middle Funnel and Bottom Funnel. This
involves acquisition, retargeting, funnel retention and referral parts of customer journey.
2. Analyze and improve conversion rates across marketing and sales funnels using
marketing automation and innovative growth hacks implemented across all points in the
funnel.
3. Adept at conceptualizing and executing consumer journeys in alignment with business
goals.
4. Implement and manage marketing automation tools to enhance conversion, customer
engagement and operational efficiency in the marketing and sales funnel. Preferred
proficiency in Moengage. (Good candidates proficient in Clevertap will also work).
Proficiency in Analytics tools needed - Google Analytics, etc.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, tech, sales, marketing and
analytics) to design and execute growth experiments.
6. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of retention and
growth initiatives.
7. Identify opportunities to enhance the conversion in the funnel, customer experience,
reduce lead drop-rates/churn, and increase lifetime value.
8. Create personalized and data-driven communication strategies for various customer
segments. Collaborating with content team for getting such communication made.
9. Having a growth mindset. Proficient in identifying experiments to run for the organization,
running the experiments, measuring success KPIs, quick tweaking of the experiments
leading to the eventual success formula.
10. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, growth
hacking, and customer funnel retention.
