**This position requires working exclusively in night shifts(US Time Zone) and Voice Support.**
Position Summary: The Support Administrator is part of a team responsible for facilitating the accurate processing of cases and replacement part shipments. The support admin will assist our technical support center staff by handling escalation requests in regards to shipping, part numbers, case processing and reimbursement inquiries. They will answer and resolve incoming requests from internal SolarEdge employees and customers via phone, email and escalations.
