Store Keeper

Store Keeper is responsible for loading, verification & stock keeping, unloading materials by coordinating with vendors, customers, and internal departments to ensure the company's smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

Loading and Unloading Materials

• Safely load and unload materials at our stores at Shaikpet, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and efficient workflow.
• Coordinating with Transporter, Cargo / Couriers and providing receipt only after verification.

Material Arrangement, Log maintenance

• Organize materials systematically to optimize space and facilitate easy access, ensuring proper storage practices are followed. Verification against vendor/solarbull delivery challans, packing list, bills and dispatches. Maintain detailed logs of all material entries and exits, tracking usage and inventory levels to prevent shortages, overstock situations, and update registers.

Outbound Materials Management, Deliver Materials to Project Locations.

• Take acknowledgment from the Security Department & customer representatives
• Unloading of materials safely and taking acknowledgment of materials delivered from Project Engineers/ Contractors.
• Return of surplus materials from project location to Stores/ Other Projects along with Return Delivery Challans.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to lift and move heavy materials as required.
• Ability to climb ladders or step stools to access higher storage areas.

Qualifications:

Completed 10th / Intermediate with basic reading, writing skills in English. (Able to read vendor bills, packing lists, delivery challans, enter stock registers).
