Business Development Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Analyze market potential and pursue business opportunities for On Grid- Inverters, and other power conditioning solutions.

• Lead sales, business development, and channel management activities to achieve revenue targets.

• Develop and identify competitive analysis and commercial policies, including frameworks for channel partners.

• Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team across multiple locations, ensuring targets are met and regularly monitoring their progress.

• Provide technical, commercial, and strategic inputs to support internal teams in design, quality, engineering, manufacturing, and customer engagement.

• Represent the company in seminars, exhibitions, and promotional events to strengthen brand presence.
