Eligibility:

1. Position requires a BE/MCA (or equivalent) from premier institute.

2. 5-7 years of development & team handling experience in Microsoft Technologies.

3. BFSI Domain experience is a big plus.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Responsible for design, development, testing and ensuring requirements compliance.

- Employee should be following the guidelines of ISO 27001, 2005 for information security during the tenure with Manipal Business Solutions

Technical Skills :

Technical expertise in following areas of QC Development :

1. In depth knowledge of testing best practices and testing techniques.

2. Experience in requirement study & analysis, writing Test Plans and Test case Specifications.

3. Should be able to work independently and must be fast learner.

4. Should have strong knowledge of SDLC, STLC and bug life cycle.

5. Should have expertise in developing test plans and test cases.

6. Should have experience in reviewing test plan and test cases prepared by other team members.

7. Should have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Should have good communication skills (both oral and written).

9. Should have experience in generating various test logs & test matrixes.

10. Should have experience in database testing using SQL server & should be able to write & execute complex SQL quarries.
