Work as a key member of an engineering team who is an expert in a technical specialism
Deliver Infra Solutions for colleagues and engineering of high quality in a timely manner
Contribute to valuable features that are used by customers
Participate in retrospectives
Suggest improvements to processes and methodologies to speed delivery
Question requirements and challenge where necessary
Identify the value of tasks & always works on the highest priority items
Collaborate with own team members and wider Infrastructure teams
Demonstrate knowledge of other areas to collaborate outside of your domain
Use the whiteboard and other materials to convey designs and principles
Demonstrate knowledge of the latest technology trends related to Infrastructure
Understand how Industry trends impact their area
Adaptive to changes in technology or support scope
Coaching and mentoring SEIs and peers to achieve the team objective
Prepare and maintain technical documents & presentations for systems engineering and system operations
Proficient in spoken and written English and comfortable communicating with leaders and engineers
Experience in driving service improvement or projects of medium to large
