Job Description
- Support and administration for different Monitoring platforms App Dynamics, grafana/graphite, science logic, sitescope, elk.
- A minimum of 4 years experience on above platforms/technologies
- Knowledge of App Dynamics, grafana/graphite, science logic, sitescope, elk
- Security compliance experience (PCI-DSS, HIPAA)
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Comfort with frequent, incremental code testing and deployment
- Comfort with collaboration, open communication and reaching across functional borders
- Scripting/development experience with Ruby, Python, PowerShell, and/or Perl
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to debug scripts/code and network issues
