Role Description.

- This is a full-time on-site role for a PKI Admin & Support position located in Bengaluru.

- The role involves day-to-day tasks related to PKI administration and support, ensuring the security and integrity of the Public Key Infrastructure.

- Responsibilities include managing digital certificates, keys, and encryption technologies to support secure communication.

Qualifications

- Communication and Analytical Skills.

- Experience in Administrative Assistance and Customer Service.

- Knowledge of Finance principles.

- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

- Familiar with multi-vendor PKI platforms such as Entrust, MSPKI, Dogtag etc.

- PKI Administration & Support.

- Certificate lifecycle Management - Renewal, Issuance, Revoke & Installation.

- Should have experience in Microsoft CA.

- Experience in administration of any HSM.

- Good knowledge in cryptographic APIs (MCAPI/PKCS#11/Java PKI API).

Job Responsibilities :

- PKI administration & support engagements.

- Interact with users for verification of documents for certificate issuance.

- Co-ordination with multiple teams for troubleshooting certificate related errors.

- Well versed with ITIL Incident Management & Change Management processes in accordance with BMC Remedy.

- To deal with Registration Authority (RA) and handle Certificate Revocation List (CRL), OCSP.
