UI/ UX Designer

1. Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions to teams and clients. Strong ability to recognize and predict use cases and user interaction, including happy path as well as edge and corner cases, and incorporate them into designs.
   
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (the ability to effectively sell an idea).
   
3. Deep understanding of information design / architecture, gestalt principles, and user psychology.
   
4. Ability to manage time wisely across projects and competing priorities, meet agreed upon deadlines, and be accountable for work.
   
5. Proficiency in graphic design, motion graphics, digital art, a sensitivity to typography, color, layout, and a general awareness of materials/textures.
   
6. Experience in working with a cross-functional team or large-scale software development lifecycle, including waterfall and agile methodologies.
   
7. Be passionate about resolving user pain points through great design and open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
   
8. Be passionate about all things UX and other areas ofdesign and innovation. Research and showcase knowledge in the industry\u2019s latesttrends and technologies.

3. Conceptualize original ideas that bringsimplicity and user-friendliness to complex design roadblocks.
   
4. Collaborating and communicatingprofessionally with clients and internal teams.
   
5. Designing user-experiences fromlow-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mockups.
   
6. Execute all visual design stages fromconcept to final hand-off to engineering.
   
7. Establish and promote design guidelines,best practices, and standards.
   
8. Measuring recently released productfeatures to establish benchmarks and to identify potential areas ofimprovement.
   
9. Staying abreast of UX trends andlooking for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.
   
10. Developing interactive reportingdashboards and different types of visualizations.
    
11. Creating rapid prototypes to validate designconcepts with stakeholders and customers.
