Customer Relationship Executive

Key Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
• Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and concerns
• Understand client needs and provide suitable solutions
• Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
• Provide support for product or service-related queries
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products/services
• Educate clients about new features, updates, or offerings
• Assist in renewals and contract negotiations
• Guide new clients through the onboarding process
• Conduct training sessions or product demonstrations
• Ensure clients understand how to use products/services effectively
• Gather customer feedback to improve products/services
• Maintain records of client interactions and communications
• Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams
