Customer Service Executive

Job Description:

• We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our team and promote our exciting holiday packages over the phone for India/Bali/ Phuket/Vietnam.
• You'll play a crucial role in helping customers plan their perfect vacations while enjoying unique perks, including an onboarding trip and the opportunity to travel the world!
• A passion for travel and an interest in learning about holiday destinations.
• Goal-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office (training will be provided).

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential Indian customers to promote and sell holiday packages.
• Provide detailed information about various destinations, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Communicate the benefits and features of our holiday packages/stays persuasively to customers.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
• Follow up with interested customers, answer their queries, and handle objections.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings by presenting compelling offers and closing sales.
• Maintain and update customer records accurately in the CRM system.
• Stay updated with the latest holiday deals, destinations, and travel trends to effectively promote our offerings.
