Job Description
We have an opening for an ERP / Odoo/ SAP/ Oracle functional consultant for the Rajkot location.
For implementing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. As an ERP Functional Consultant, you will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, gather requirements, configure ERP solutions, and ensure successful system deployments.
The candidate role will involve translating business needs into functional specifications, collaborating with technical teams, and delivering tailored ERP solutions that streamline operations and enhance business efficiency.
- Provide functional consulting and business analysis across various domains like retail, manufacturing, and distribution, using industry best practices.
- Analyze existing systems to identify gaps and create tailored solutions for complex business challenges, including ERP configuration and system integration.
- Develop documentation (process flows, functional specs, training materials) and deliver user training.
- Offer end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and stay updated on ERP trends and process management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist in project planning, risk management, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery.
- Collaborate with clients to optimize ERP performance and maintain strong client relationships.
- Work under senior consultants to learn ERP implementation methodologies and provide innovative solutions.
- Travel to client sites as needed.

- Ability to analyze complex situations, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
- Strong team collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Skill in managing multiple tasks and priorities to meet project deadlines.
- knowledge of various areas such as E-Commerce, Manufacturing, Human Resources, Project Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Sales, Purchase, Warehouse, and Accounting.
