Jr. Account Assistant

1. Maintain day-to-day books of accounts.
2. Prepare invoices, bank receipts, and payment entries in ERP & Tally.
3. Manage and maintain bank statements.
4. Prepare and file GST returns.
5. Follow up on outstanding payments.
6. Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements, deductions, and payments.
7. Prepare TDS and conduct bank reconciliation.
8. Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements.
9. Finalize books of accounts.
10. Maintain monthly GST knowledge and handle other tax-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, online tools, and emails.
2. Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Drive.
3. Well-versed with Tally software.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Positive attitude and dedication to work.
6. Good management skills.
7. Willingness to relocate near the office.
