Job Description: Executive - Admin and Accounts

Position Overview:

We are seeking an Executive - Admin and Accounts to manage basic administrative tasks and oversee detailed accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounts management, proficiency in Tally ERP software, and experience in handling day-to-day office administration.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Accounting:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
  • Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and expense reports.
  • Perform bank reconciliations and track receivables/payables.
  • Prepare GST and TDS calculations and assist in filing returns.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports.
  • Maintain accurate records in Tally ERP and ensure timely data entry.

2. Administration:

  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Handle correspondence, scheduling, and record-keeping.
  • Assist in payroll processing and employee expense management.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and office events.
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and address administrative issues proactively.

3. Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure timely compliance with financial and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
  • Assist in budgeting, cash flow management, and MIS reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelors degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
  • Experience: 2-4 years in accounts and office administration.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, and basic accounting principles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Positive attitude with the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
