Senior Accounts Executive

Skills Required:

• Computer knowledge with Word / Excel / Power point
• Skill to maintain accounts in Tally software
• Good knowledge in Accounts work
• Day to day office management

Responsibilities

• Booking of Purchase Invoice in Tally
• Booking of Sales bills in the system.
• Handling Petty Cash and Record it.
• Ledger posting in system.
• Bank Reconciliation on daily basis.
• Making cheques, RTGS and NEFT to the creditors, Monthly MTNL, Electricity bill and Salary, expenses on site.
• Maintaining site expenses worksheet.
• Provide timely and accurate data for filling return to CA office(GST/TDS/PF/ESIC/PT/GST)
• Expenses reports and other reports as when required by the management.
• Making payroll sheet
• Maintaining Statements of all Banks
