Requirements - 1) One year experience as desktop/helpdesk engineer
2) Qualification - Graduation
3) Should know following - a) DNS basics b) CCTV basics c) Ability to work on assigned tickets
d) Wifi/Internet basics
To provide L1/L2 support Logging / verifying end user details Identifying the issue and categorizing / prioritize the incident Identifying the trend of calls / tickets and highlighting it to TL/SME as applicable for outage confirmation Trouble shooting issues related to email /office suite / WebEx /Jabber, Chrome / Safari, IE, Firefox, Lotus Notes etc as per scope document and SOW Handling Technical issues of L1/L2 Understanding of Windows 7 & 10 operating system - knowledge of MAC OS will be an advantage
