Job Title: Marketing Specialist (Full-Time, U.S. Eastern Hours)

Reports to: IT Director and Operations Director

SoftArt is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role requires a self-reliant, self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is capable of managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously. The Marketing Specialist will play a crucial role in executing the companys marketing strategies and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Marketing Initiatives: Spearhead various marketing projects, particularly in the software sector. Experience with ERP-specific marketing is a plus.
• Content Creation and Management: Develop compelling content for various platforms, including writing, graphic design, and content syndication.
• SEO and Digital Marketing: Apply SEO best practices and lead digital marketing efforts including webinars, social media campaigns, and website initiatives.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with outsourced marketing teams and act as the primary point of contact for advanced marketing projects.
• Resource Creation: Develop marketing and sales collateral to support business objectives.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify customer trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
• Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data, track performance metrics, and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Brand Management: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
• Client Relations: Establish and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through networking and prospecting.
• Event Planning: Assist in planning and executing promotional events and webinars.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience in a related field.
• Skills:
• Proven expertise in content creation, syndication, and writing.
• Strong graphic design skills.
• Solid understanding of SEO.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work autonomously.
• Proficiency in marketing tools such as ZohoCampaigns, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, and
  resource/content design creation.
• Preferred Experience: Software marketing expertise, especially in ERP.
