Job Title: Frontend Developer (React/Next.js)

Location: Gurugram, India (On-Site)
Compensation: ₹6 to ₹12 LPA (Based on experience and expertise)
Experience Level: 1 to 5 years

We are looking for a skilled Frontend Developer with on-ground experience in building high-quality, scalable, and dynamic web applications using React and Next.js. Join our team to create intuitive user interfaces and craft seamless experiences powered by modern AI technologies.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain responsive, pixel-perfect UI components with React/Next.js
• Build reusable component libraries and scalable frontend architectures
• Optimize for performance and Core Web Vitals to ensure fast load times
• Integrate frontend with REST/GraphQL APIs for dynamic, real-time data
• Implement advanced UI/UX features and handle responsive design

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience with React and Next.js
• Strong understanding of React hooks, context, and state management
• Expertise in TypeScript with component typing and props validation
• Experience with modern CSS techniques (Tailwind, CSS Modules, or CSS-in-JS)
• Proven ability to implement complex UI animations and interactive features
• Familiarity with SSR, ISR, and CSR optimization strategies

Technical Requirements

• Knowledge of Next.js advanced features, including Server Components and App Router
• State management with tools like Redux Toolkit or Zustand
• Experience with module federation and micro-frontend architecture
• Expertise in performance optimization techniques
• Ability to craft mobile-first responsive designs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating frontend with AI/LLM APIs
• Familiarity with WebSocket real-time features
• Contributions to React-based open-source projects
• Experience developing design systems

Evaluation Process

• Round 3- Technical Design Discussion: Review of responsive design principles, optimization strategies, and UI architecture.
• Round 4- Live Coding Session and Review: Hands-on coding with a focus on React patterns and TypeScript, followed by a discussion of your past projects and application designs.
