React/Next.js Senior Developer

We are looking for a Senior React/Next.js Developer who is an individual performer, self-motivated and has strong skills in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building state-of-the-art, user-friendly interfaces and integrating them with backend services when required. They should quickly grasp ongoing project requirements, understand code developed by others, and efficiently deliver features. The candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, work well in collaborative, agile environments, and be committed to maintaining high code quality. Experience in healthcare standards (HIPAA, HL7, DICOM) or AI integrations is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and implement responsive, intuitive, high-performance web interfaces using React and Next.js.

2. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate wireframes and designs into functional components.

3. (If Full-Stack) Develop and maintain server-side logic, databases, and APIs using modern backend technologies.

4. Integrate front-end applications with external services, APIs, CRM systems, and social media platforms.

5. Maintain clean, well-documented code and participate in code reviews.

6. Work closely with cross-functional teams (design, product, AI/ML) to define, design, and ship new features.

7. Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices in front-end and full-stack development.

Skills Required:

Must Have:

- Strong proficiency in React and Next.js

- Excellent understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript

- Experience with RESTful APIs and front-end/back-end integration

- Ability to deliver highly usable, accessible user interfaces

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Should Have:

- Experience with databases and ORMs (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Sequelize, Prisma)

- Familiarity with Python-based back-ends and AI integrations

- Proficiency in integrating external APIs, CRM systems, and social media platforms

- Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand)

Good to Have:

- Healthcare domain experience and familiarity with HIPAA, HL7, DICOM

- Knowledge of serverless architectures and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines

- Leadership experience guiding junior developers
