Job Description
As a Senior UI Engineer at Talrop, you will assume a leadership role within our front-end development team, driving the creation of visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces across a variety of projects, includingwebsite development, web applications, dashboards and ERPs. Your extensive expertise in UIdevelopment will be crucial in guiding and mentoring junior team members.
Qualifications : Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience as a UI Engineer or equivalent, showcasing a track record of advanced UI development. In-depth knowledge of front-end technologies, frameworks, and libraries. Expertise in responsive design, performance optimization and accessibility. Proficiency in using advanced front-end build tools, task runners, and module bundlers. Extensive experience with integrating UI components with backend technologies. Responsibilities : Spearhead the development of user interfaces by collaborating closelywith the design team to translate intricate design concepts into highly functional and interactive user interfaces, employing cutting-edge front-end technologies. Write sophisticated, clean and maintainable code utilizingHTML, CSS and advanced JavaScript frameworks such as React and Next.js. Implement advanced responsive design techniques to ensureoptimal performance and exceptional user experience across diverse devices and screen sizes. Play a pivotal role in collaboration with UX designers to create seamless and intuitive user experiences, providing guidance and leadership to ensure best practices are adhered to.
Oversee thorough testing and debugging processes, ensuringthe delivery of high quality outputs that meet and exceed project requirements. Continuously stay abreast of the latest industry trends, best practices andemerging technologies in UI development, actively incorporating relevant advancements into our projects Facilitate a seamless workflow for junior team members byproviding expert guidance, support and fostering a collaborative environment. Effectively manage team members by practicing strong communication,active listening and promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
Skills Required : Mastery of React and Next.js
Responsive Design Excellence. Advanced problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail to identify and address complex UI-related issues. Strong organizational and time management skills to effectivelyhandle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
