About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key e-commerce accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to maximize revenue growth.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.
Sales Execution:
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Lead negotiations and close deals to achieve revenue targets.
Performance Monitoring:
- Monitor account performance and key metrics regularly.
- Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, Customer Support) to meet client needs effectively.
Problem-Solving:
- Address and resolve client issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Reporting:
- Provide regular updates on account status, sales performance, and market trends to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Education: MBA from a reputed B-School.
- Experience: 4-5 years of experience managing key accounts in e-commerce or related industries.
Skills Required:
- Proven track record of managing and growing key accounts successfully.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital sales strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for decision-making.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while collaborating effectively with teams.
