Role & responsibilities

1. Well rounded HR generalist with Specific Strength in handling IR , Unions (Internal as well as External)- Effective relationships with local statutory bodies
2. Strong HR Concepts & process orientation
3. Effective Skills for internal and external communication Effective Skills for internal and external communication
4. Handling end to end recruitment
5. Manage site HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, joining formalities, exit formalities, and leave management.
6. Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies
7. Must Know Telugu

Preferred candidate profile

1. Any Degree with 2+ Years of Experience in HR Activities
2. Only Male Candidates Preferred
3. Telugu Candidate
4. Excellent Communication Skills
