Role & responsibilities

Looking for Immediate Joiner/ 1 month notice period candidates

Fixed Assets Accountant Duties & Responsibilities

1.Review, analyze and process all capital asset disposal and capital asset transfer requests, Capital asset Acquisition, Capital Asset Requisition in Asset Management Portal (AMP)

2.Prepare monthly reconciliation of fixed asset subledger to General Ledger balances for all US and Canadian affiliates, Knowledge of Depreciation and Amortization, good exposure in FA invoice processings

3.Assist in preparation of documentation for internal/external audit requests and SOX compliance data requests

4.Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of fixed asset subledger

5.Provide assistance to NORAM teams on questions regarding corporate fixed asset Depreciation & procedures, and support Changes in accounting of depreciation as needed

6.Maintain fixed asset Register & Performing BS reconciliation for FA GLs.

7.Assist with ad-hoc reporting requests and other projects as requested by management

Prepare fixed asset roll forward, Maintain and close Asset Management

Preferred candidate profile

- Candidate with core R2R Experience/GL accounting will be preferred

- Location Boundaries (20km within office boudaries)
