Key Responsibilities:
- Social Media Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Content Creation & Management: Lead the development of creative and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, tailored to the women's ethnic or apparel industry.
- Brand Positioning: Ensure consistent brand messaging that resonates with the target audience, highlighting the unique aspects of women's ethnic wear.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns, including influencer collaborations, paid advertising, and seasonal promotions, with a focus on driving engagement and sales.
- Audience Engagement: Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with followers, building a strong community around the brand, and addressing customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimize social media strategies and content performance.
- Trend Analysis: Stay updated on the latest social media trends, industry developments, and competitor activities to keep the brand's social media presence fresh and innovative.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product development, and creative teams to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate social media budgets effectively, ensuring maximum ROI from campaigns and promotions.
- Platform Expansion: Explore and expand the brands presence on emerging social media platforms, targeting new audience segments within the women's ethnic or apparel industry.
