Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Source, curate, and organize high-quality content, including reference images, videos, and articles, aligned with client brand guidelines.
Copy Writing: Craft compelling and shareable content planner, identifying new content ideas, tailored to each clients target audience, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and tone.
Trend Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends and social media developments to capitalise on emerging opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Platform Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in managing content across popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
Collaboration: Work closely with the creative team for the post designs, and account managers to ensure seamless integration of content into overarching marketing strategies.
Analytics and Optimization: Utilise analytics tools to measure content performance, gather insights, and continually optimise strategies for maximum engagement.
Community Engagement: Foster meaningful interactions with the online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries to enhance brand loyalty and customer satisfaction.
For new client pitches, conduct in-depth social media audits and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and identify growth opportunities.
Requirements:
Bachelors/ Masters degree in Communication, Jounalism or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive/ Manager/Head in a marketing agency.
Demonstrated success in developing and growing effective social media followers and engagements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in social media management tools and platforms.
